We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Drywaller to join our client’s team. As a Drywaller, you will play a crucial role in the construction and renovation process by installing drywall and performing related tasks. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to creating visually appealing and structurally sound walls, ceilings, and partitions.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut drywall panels to the appropriate size, considering any necessary holes for electrical outlets, plumbing, or ventilation systems.
• Install drywall panels using screws or nails, ensuring they are level, plumb, and secure.
• Apply joint compound and tape to seams between drywall panels, blending and smoothing them to create seamless surfaces.
• Sand surfaces to remove excess compound and ensure a smooth finish, ready for painting or wallpapering.
• Repair damaged or cracked drywall, following established procedures and techniques.
• Inspect and assess walls, ceilings, and partitions to identify any potential issues or required repairs.
• Collaborate with contractors, carpenters, and other team members to ensure proper installation and finishing of drywall.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times, maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Drywaller or similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing drywall panels.
• In-depth knowledge of various drywall materials, tools, and techniques.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy drywall panels.
• Effective communication skills and a cooperative attitude when working within a team.
• Commitment to safety regulations and procedures.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
• German language level at least A2 or willing to learn
