Job Summary:
The Frameworker is responsible for constructing and assembling the formwork required for concrete structures on a construction site. They work closely with the construction team to ensure that the formwork is accurately built according to specifications, allowing for the proper pouring and curing of concrete.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the required dimensions, materials, and layout of the formwork.
Measure, cut, and shape materials such as wood, plywood, and metal to construct the formwork.
Install the formwork on the construction site, ensuring it is properly aligned and secured.
Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure the formwork is set up correctly before pouring concrete.
Seal joints and edges of the formwork to prevent leakage of concrete.
Remove the formwork after the concrete has cured, using appropriate tools and techniques.
Inspect formwork for any defects or damage, and repair or replace as needed.
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Frameworker or Carpenter in the construction industry.
Sound knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Ability to accurately measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications.
Strong attention to detail and precision in constructing formwork.
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform physical tasks and use hand and power tools.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong focus on safety procedures and practices.
Good English skill, German language at least Level A2 or willing to learn
