• Prepare surfaces prior to painting or plastering, including cleaning, sanding, and patching.
• Apply paint, wallpaper, or other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality and smooth finish.
• Mix and match paint colors and textures to meet client specifications.
• Repair and maintain existing paintwork or plasterwork as needed.
• Utilize various tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers, sprayers, trowels, and sanders.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter or Plasterer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Solid understanding of various painting and plastering techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor and work in various environments.
• German language Level at least A2 or willing to learn
