New immigration law passed in Germany

On August 30, 2023, the time had come. The amended Immigration Act passed the Bundesrat.

Thus, new opportunities are open to the immigration of skilled workers to practice a profession in Germany. Especially for nursing assistants, the opportunity to work in Germany has now finally been created. This will be possible from 01 March 2024.

What the exact processes will look like then remains to be seen, as all parts of the new laws and regulations will only come into force by 01 June 2024.
