Welcome to Career Worldwide LLC-FZ’s job portal. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  • Content: Companies are responsible for the content of their job postings. Job postings must be clear, truthful, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prohibited Content: Job postings must not contain misleading information, discriminatory language, or inappropriate content. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or sexual orientation.
  • Editing and Removal: Career Worldwide LLC-FZ reserves the right to edit or remove any job posting that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Pricing: Fees for job postings and other services will be clearly stated on our portal.
  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to change our fees and payment terms at any time. Companies will be notified of such changes in advance.

6. Confidentiality

Companies agree to keep any confidential information obtained through our portal private and not disclose it to any third parties. This includes information about job seekers and other companies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the job portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Career Worldwide LLC-FZ and is protected by intellectual property laws. Companies may not use our content without prior written consent.

8. Termination

Career Worldwide LLC-FZ reserves the right to terminate access to the job portal for any company that violates these terms and conditions. Termination will be immediate and without notice if the violation is severe.

9. Indemnification

Companies agree to indemnify and hold Career Worldwide LLC-FZ harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their use of the job portal or violation of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Career Worldwide LLC-FZ is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the job portal, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or any other loss or damage.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the job portal signifies your acceptance of any changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.
